For stock formulations where we have raw materials and packaging in inventory, orders of 5,000 units or less typically ship within 1-2 weeks. Custom formulations requiring special ingredients we don't stock may have a 6-8 week lead time for sourcing and preparation. Once materials arrive, manufacturing proceeds quickly.

Absolutely. Every formulation uses only ingredients derived from plants, minerals, and vitamins—zero petrochemicals, synthetic toxins, or harmful poisons. Our founder's guiding principle is simple: 'If I won't use it, I won't make it and sell it to anyone else.' All products are manufactured in our FDA cGMP compliant facility.

Yes! We provide up to 5 amenity-sized samples free of charge so you can evaluate our formulations. If you need more than 5 samples or prefer full-size products for testing, those are available at our wholesale pricing. You'll only pay for shipping on sample orders.

Private label uses our existing formulations with your branding and packaging. Custom manufacturing creates an exclusive formula owned by your company ($1,000 development fee). Stock formulation purchase licenses our recipes for you to manufacture elsewhere ($3,000-$5,000). We also offer customized stock formulations and duplication services ($500 fees) as middle-ground options.

We offer complete flexibility. We can source packaging for you, or you can source your own tubes and containers and ship them to our facility. For labels, you can use our stock designs, provide your own artwork for us to print, or have labels printed elsewhere and sent to us. We handle all filling, packaging, and labeling services.

All orders require 50% payment upfront, with the balance due before shipping. For custom formulation development, there's a $1,000 fee (deducted from your first order). Duplication services and customized stock formulations carry a $500 fee, also deducted from your first order. These development fees are non-refundable if no order is placed.

The resulting formula won't be exclusive to your company, but it gives you a proven product profile as your starting point.
