Development timelines vary based on complexity and ingredient availability. For customized stock formulations or duplications, we typically complete development within 2-4 weeks. Fully custom formulations may take 4-8 weeks, especially if we need to source specialized raw materials or packaging not currently in our inventory. Stock formulations ship in 1-2 weeks once orders are placed.

Every product we manufacture contains only ingredients sourced from plants, minerals, and vitamins. We eliminate all petrochemicals, synthetic preservatives, artificial fragrances, parabens, sulfates, and other harmful additives. Our founder's philosophy guides every formulation: 'If I won't use it, I won't make it and sell it to anyone else.' All manufacturing occurs in our FDA cGMP compliant facility.

Yes! With our Custom Manufacturing service, the formulation belongs exclusively to your company. We will not sell copies or manufacture the formula for other companies. For Private Label, Customized Stock, or Duplication services, the formulation remains with Poison-Free and may be manufactured for other clients. This pricing difference allows more affordable entry points for different business needs.

Absolutely. We offer comprehensive packaging solutions including sourcing containers, bottles, and jars that align with your brand aesthetic. We can also handle label design printing or work with labels you provide. Our team manages the entire fill-pack-label process, delivering market-ready products that meet regulatory labeling requirements.

All orders require 50% payment upfront with the balance paid before shipping. For custom formulation development, there's a $1,000 fee (or $500 for duplications and customized stock formulations) which is deducted from your first order. If no order is placed after development, the fee is non-refundable as it covers our chemist's time and materials.

Yes, we provide up to 5 amenity-sized samples free of charge so you can evaluate our formulations. If you need more than 5 samples or prefer full-size samples, those are available at wholesale pricing. This allows you to test products thoroughly before committing to your initial 500-unit order. All shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Yes, through our Fill, Package, and Label service, we can manufacture products from formulations developed by other companies. Simply provide us with your formula specifications and any required materials, and we'll handle production, filling, packaging, and labeling to your specifications in our FDA cGMP compliant facility.
