DEFINITIONS

• Private label manufacturing - products made or customized from our stock formulations and packaged in our stock packaging, or packaging of your choosing.

• Custom manufacturing - products made from 'custom' or 'exclusive' formulations specifically for your company.

• Ingredient list - the ingredient list is not a formulation, it's simply the list of 'ingredients' in a product.

• Formulation - a recipe with the 'amount' of each ingredient and the instructions of how to put them together to make a product.

• Stock formulation - a formulation belonging to Poison-Free. If we already manufacture the formula, there is no additional charge to use it. If you wish to have another company manufacture the formula, you may purchase a copy for $3,000 - $5,000 (depending on the amount of time spent on it and the complexity of the formulation). The formulation will not be exclusive to your company, and copies may be sold to and/or manufactured for other companies.

• Customized formulation - one of our stock formulations that has had ingredients added to, subtracted from, and/or substituted for to create a new formulation for another company. There is a $500 fee for customizing an existing stock formulation. The customization fee will be deducted from your first order. If no order is placed, the fee is non-refundable. The formulation belongs to Poison Free, and copies may be sold to and/or manufactured for other companies.

• Custom formulation - a formulation created exclusively for your company. There is a $1,000 fee for custom formulations. The formulation fee will be deducted from your first order. If no order is placed, the fee is non-refundable. The formulation will belong to your company, and no copies may be sold to and/or manufactured for other companies.

• Duplication formulation - a formulation based upon an existing product on the market. There is a $500 fee for duplicating an existing product. The formulation fee will be deducted from your first order. If no order is placed, the fee is non-refundable. The formulation will not be exclusive to your company, and copies may be sold to and/or manufactured for other companies.
