PRODUCTION CAPACITY

We have small order equipment and large order equipment.

We can produce 500 to thousands.

We can accommodate whatever you need.
LEAD TIME
-
We keep a great number, and large amount, of raw materials, packaging and labels in stock for our stock formulations. This means that we can usually ship an order of 5,000 (or less) units in 1-2 weeks.

However, if the production is for any formulation we do not stock the raw materials or packaging for, there is a 6-8 week lead time getting them in house. That is for sourcing, ordering and shipping anything we do not have for your formulation.
SAMPLES

Up to 5 amenity sized samples are free.

More than 5 will be charged for.

Full size samples are paid for at the wholesale price.

Shipping is paid for by customer.
PRICING
-
The unit price is determined by the cost of the ingredients, packaging, labor cost to produce the product, and number of packaging steps.

All prices are calculated as if you placed a 10,000 unit order, there will be no price breaks until an order of over 10,000 units is placed.
PAYMENTS
-
All orders will be 50% up front and the balance paid before shipping.
We accept; Visa, Master card, check-by-phone and wire transfer -
Credit cards have a 3.5% handling fee, check-by-phone and wire transfers do not. The customer pays any wire transfer fees.
SHIPPING

Small orders ship via UPS.

Large orders needing pallets will ship with a trucking company.

Customer pays all packing and shipping costs.
PACKAGING

You can use any of our stock packaging.

We can source packaging for you.

You can source your packaging and have it sent to us.
LABELS

You can use our stock labels.
-
You can have label artwork done and sent to us, and we will print your labels.

You can have artwork and printing done and have the labels sent to us.

L & N Label - Our 5 color printer is limited to a width of 5". If your label is wider than that, you can go to this company. I used them for many years before I bought my own label printer. They can do the artwork and print the labels. Or you can use Addwater for the artwork and have L&N do the printing.

CUSTOM FORMULATION PROCESS
This process can take several weeks to a few months to complete, depending on the number of products we will be formulating. Depending on if we have the raw materials and packaging or have to source and order them and, how long it takes for you to get label artwork to us, or have the labels sent to us.

Formulation fee is paid.

Ingredients and packaging are sourced and ordered.

Formulation is created.

Samples are sent.

If adjustments are needed, they're made, and another sample is sent.

When samples are approved, the product is priced.

Once formulation, sample/s, and price are approved, you send us a purchase order.

We send you an invoice for 50% of the production cost.

Once paid, ingredients and packaging are ordered.

Labels or label artwork are sent to us.

When ingredients, packaging, and labels have arrived, the formulation is manufactured.

Packaging is filled and labeled.

Product is packed for shipping.

The balance of the invoice and the shipping is paid.

Product is shipped.
